Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation number.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items not meeting these conditions may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized, customized, or special-order products

  • Undergarments, mouthguards, or other hygiene-sensitive items


3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at derek@prbsports.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error, PRB Sports will cover the cost of return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.


6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and wish to exchange it, contact derek@prbsports.com. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost once the original product is returned.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at derek@prbsports.com
